TERM OF PAYMENT

Please read the following information carefully. 
Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance to the following Payment Terms & Conditions:

Accommodation Price:

Tour Prices: 

Our quoted tour prices may include accommodations based on double occupancy, domestic flights, ground transportation, meals, sightseeing and transfers as described, baggage handling and all necessary gratuities for porters, housekeepers, dining room servers for included meals and local guides on included sightseeing,  government taxes, entrance fees for included sightseeing and  the services of  Ta Prohm Hotel staff  in Siem Reap-Angkor, Cambodia.   

Not Included in Tour Prices:

Airfare from your hometown to your gateway city; costs of passports and visa; personal expenses such as beverages, laundry, room service and meals not specified; excess baggage fees, communication charges, airport, port and departure taxes; gratuities to Ta Prohm Hotel staff and bus driver(s), which are at your discretion; and optional sightseeing excursions.  

Reservation & Payment:

A deposit of 20% of the tour price per person is required upon confirmation of your booking (If this amount is less than $100, a $100 per person deposit will apply) once a deposit is received it is understood that your have read, understood and accepted all our Term and Conditions. The remaining balance of the tour fee is due upon arrival at our office in Cambodia. Payment is required to transfer to our bank account as below:

Pre-Departure:

After reserving your tour, you will receive a pre-departure mailing that includes a detailed itinerary.  
Cancellation & Refunds: 
You will receive a full refund for any cancellations made up to 45 days before departure. If you must cancel your trip, the effective date of cancellation will be upon receipt of your written notification. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following per person charges:

Please note that we will not refund the cost of any unused portion of your tour package. If for any reason Ta Prohm Hotel Siem Reap- Angkor, Cambodia cancels your tour, you will receive a complete refund of all payments you have made to us. 

Reservation Changes:

We will not charge you for any changes made to your reservation outside 45 days before departure. Within 45 days before departure, should there be any change to your departure date, optional pre post –tour extension that result in fees penalties imposed by third parties, those charges will be passed along to you. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you change the date of your tour and subsequently cancel, cancellation penalties will be based upon you original tour departure date. 

Health and Immigration:

You should familiarize yourself with any health and visa requirements. Though information will be mailed in the Pre-departure package, you are responsible for all exits, entries, health and other documents required by laws, regulation, orders, and demands requirements.

Responsibility:

The liability of Ta Prohm Hotel is strictly limited. In no event will Ta Prohm Hotel be liable for amounts in excess of the amount payable to it in accordance to the terms hereunder, nor will it be liable for any consequential indirect incidental damages arising from this agreement. 

Ta Prohm purchases transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services from independent suppliers not under our control. We serve only as agents for these suppliers in securing tour arrangements, and therefore will not accept the responsibility liability for wrongful, negligent, arbitrary acts omissions of their independent contracts, their employees, agents, servants representatives, Ta Prohm Hotel is not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident delay that may be caused by event not within our control, including without limitation, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, the defect of any vehicle, negligence of default of any third party. All coupons, receipts and conditions specified by the independent suppliers. 

Ta Prohm Hotel reserves the right to correct errors in website pricing. We reserve the right to cancel an advertised tour, decline to accept a reservation or remove a person from a tour if it is determined to be in the best interest of the health, safety, and well-being of the other travelers. We will make every effort to operate our tour as planned, but we reserve the right to make itinerary changes as necessary. If unforeseen circumstances require us to change hotel, we will select alternative accommodation of the same better quality. The foregoing terms and conditions and all aspects  of the relationship between Ta Prohm Hotel and you shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.  Any litigation involving your tour shall be brought only the courts of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
